New Borehole in Katsuule Village

Swiha Charity Foundation took a crucial step in improving access to clean water in Katsuule Village, Luweero District, by commissioning a borehole to replace the community’s unsafe shared water source. Previously, poor sanitation around the only well had exposed residents to waterborne diseases like cholera and typhoid, making this intervention a lifesaving necessity. Positioned near a mosque, the borehole also ensures easy access to clean water for ablution before prayers. This transformative project was made possible through the generosity of our supporters—thank you for being part of this impact!
